Welcome Readers!

Welcome to the Mystic Blog of the only Mystic Nymph! I hope you have a blast reading my thoughts, and I hope you drop by again!

Marquee

I'll let you in a little revelation about my favorite usernames in my virtual sites. First is about my Mikimoto Angel pen name. Mikimoto is a famous brand of pearl accessories in America. I first saw that brand in Vogue Magazine. I got mesmerized by that label, and I thought of using it. I just added Angel from my name "Angela". Thus, the formation of Mikimoto Angel.

For my other pen name Mystic Nymph, the word mystic really came from the show Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog. I used to be so hooked to that show. I am also obsessed with mythologies, and nymphs are mythical creatures depicted as beautiful young women who are considered as guardians of objects and places in nature. Thus, the evolution of Mystic Nymph.

Child's Play: Nature Lover

No Windows Live Writer posts for the mean time. I'm saving my best ideas to be blogged through WLW, and besides, I miss writing entries directly from Blogger. Ok, that's enough. Today's Child's Play will feature my outfit in our recent scholastic outdoor activity.

The Fil 21 (Philippine Literature), together with MEDA 102 (Photography) class, visited two places in our city wherein we (Fil 21) can see different ethnic artifacts whatsoever, and they (MEDA 102) can take pictures of flora, fauna, waterscapes, skyscapes, landscapes and cityscapes.

We went to Eden Nature Park. That was my second time to be there. The whole gang had total fun, despite the tiring Mountain Trail adventure we had. I was just a little sad, because we weren't able to go to the famous Lola's Garden and Amphitheater.

We didn't have much time to gad about the 80-hectare wide mountain resort in just four hours. How I wished we thought of taking the shuttle tour instead. That way we save ourselves from the disappointment of not witnessing everything there; and from the exhaustion we felt after hiking.

We had the Buffet Lunch Day Tour Package, by the way. I, or shall I say we got disappointed with the food.  There were only a few dishes to choose from, not to mention they were not really that succulent. I could say my mother's pastries and main courses taste even better. I'm sorry Eden Buffet fans if I have to add that.

Here are my outfit shots, some photos in our activity. More photos in my Facebook Page.

Inside the Vista Restaurant. I love this close up shot. Thanks Ed Ralph!

At the beautiful Matinlo Falls.

Reading the map scriptedly.

So tired! I had to rest for a photo opportunity.

Inside Datu's House called Balai-Kalimudan. I don't know what's it called in English.

What I Wore That Day

Shorts: Modisch
Belt: from England
Shoes: Advan
Messenger Bag: Giordano
Dangles: from England
Bangles: Vintage (from Mom)

Trip photos in Photoscape Page format below...

I love the Veggie Salad a lot! It's quite a steal.

I wasn't able to take photos of Crocodile Park and Dencio's Hilltop because the camera's battery died out. Anyway, more photos in this side of the web.

Let me digress for a moment. I have a lot of blog ideas in store, but I don't have much time to write them. I just think that it's much better than having a blogger's block. This week and the few following ones will totally suck out all my energy. I hope you don't mind if your one and only Mystic Nymph will be having a blog hiatus one of these days. I won't be gone for long anyway. Ahem, as if you'd care about my absence, LOL!

Have a blessed day ahead, sweethearts!
