Welcome Readers!

Welcome to the Mystic Blog of the only Mystic Nymph! I hope you have a blast reading my thoughts, and I hope you drop by again!

I'll let you in a little revelation about my favorite usernames in my virtual sites. First is about my Mikimoto Angel pen name. Mikimoto is a famous brand of pearl accessories in America. I first saw that brand in Vogue Magazine. I got mesmerized by that label, and I thought of using it. I just added Angel from my name "Angela". Thus, the formation of Mikimoto Angel.

For my other pen name Mystic Nymph, the word mystic really came from the show Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog. I used to be so hooked to that show. I am also obsessed with mythologies, and nymphs are mythical creatures depicted as beautiful young women who are considered as guardians of objects and places in nature. Thus, the evolution of Mystic Nymph.

Holidays 2010

I'm still having a hang of last night! Christmas and New Year Celebrations are so fun at home. Mom bought and cooked extra special goodies. She's really the best! Here are some photos I took. Too bad we didn't have a good camera to perfectly capture the moment. Let's get the foodnography started!

I didn't like the Goldilock's Cake we bought that night. :-(

I never got to taste the wine. I didn't want to get drunk on a holiday.

May Juice. This is actually a carbonated juice. It tastes a little like white wine.

Baked Conchiglie Pasta, Hamon de Bola and Queso de Bola.

SWISS Deli and Purefoods Hams. I prefer the first one. So delicious!

Red Ribbon's Tiramisu for New Year. I love this cake BIG TIME!

Tiramisu and Mango Float are both adorable sweets. Can't get enough of them!

We still have a lot of food in the fridge. I think by tomorrow they will all be wiped out. We eat like there's no tomorrow. That's how my family loves food.

Although I ate a lot this vacation, I still don't feel any improvement on my weight. I'm still 41lbs. Bad! I have to put on even a little weight this year.

So, how was your holiday celebration?
