I'll let you in a little revelation about my favorite usernames in my virtual sites. First is about my Mikimoto Angel pen name. Mikimoto is a famous brand of pearl accessories in America. I first saw that brand in Vogue Magazine. I got mesmerized by that label, and I thought of using it. I just added Angel from my name "Angela". Thus, the formation of Mikimoto Angel.For my other pen name Mystic Nymph, the word mystic really came from the show Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog. I used to be so hooked to that show. I am also obsessed with mythologies, and nymphs are mythical creatures depicted as beautiful young women who are considered as guardians of objects and places in nature. Thus, the evolution of Mystic Nymph.

Gastronomy: Sweet Tooth
I am a sucker for sweets! I never get enough of that something brown and melts in the mouth. OMG! I imagined something else. Forgive me if I murdered my own sentiment. Ok, enough of that silly thoughts. As of the moment, I am totally craving for chocolates. Does anyone out there feels the same? They're just so tempting. I couldn't resist them at all. They make me happy just by delighting my taste buds with their impeccable taste. I'm mad over them, I should say!
A few days ago, Shine posted The Best Chocolate Bars. Thanks for the link, Lavinia! The list made me melt. My top picks of sweets were not included in their list though, too bad! Well, I got inspired to do the same thing. But no I won't be talking about chocolate bars, cause for me chocolates are just about everywhere these days -- from breads, cakes, cookies, ice cream and et cetera. For the next episode of Gastronomy, I'll be sharing you the best chocolatey products I've gobbled up so far.

Let me just add that the best brownies I've ever tried is from my Mom. I miss her regular baking time where she prepares her specialty cakes for us every Sunday. She used to bake Devil's Food Cake, Decadent Cake, Chocolate Moist and Chocolate Brownies most of the time. I hope Mom will pass on even a little of her cooking prowess to me. She's a good cook, I tell you. This is not a chocolate recipe from her, but I just would like to share it -- Mom's Baked Conchiglie Pasta. I'll be sharing you her next kitchen adventure, plus tips from her only here on Gastronomy blog series. Just watch out for it.
Another thing is, I still haven't found the best chocolate doughnut that can make me go insane. They say Cello's Doughnuts taste real good. I guess, I have to give them a try soon.
